No more than 6,000 tickets will be sold. The winner may choose the house (estimated value $500,000) or a cash prize of $200,000. If less than 6,000 tickets are sold, the raffle becomes a 50/50 split raffle. All cash prizes, including the ten $1,000 prizes, will be paid from the cash equivalent of 50 percent of the gross ticket sales. You must be 18 years of age to participate. Raffle License #13.
